There's no such thing as too much community discussion! We're providing the Community Town Hall so developers and the community can discuss Cerberus Helpdesk in real-time, as development decisions are being explored and tested.

The Community Town Hall isn't an official support channel; but even if we can't always stop everything to provide real-time technical support, we'll help point you in the right direction whenever possible.

Our team has a variety of working hours, but your best bet to catch a developer is between 9AM and 6PM Mon-Fri (Pacific).

Warning: The chat room makes no distinction between developers and guests. Please don't share your private information without being invited into a room other than "Community Town Hall".
