How do I add my company logo to the top of the helpdesk?
To personalize your helpdesk/add your logo:
1) Log in to your desk
2) Go to Helpdesk Setup
3) Under the 'System' tab, there will be an entry for Logo URL:
4) Enter in the URL to your desired logo
