'java.lang.OutOfMemoryError' when running the Migration Tools


Try increasing the JRE's heap size when running the migration script:
jre/bin/java -Xmx512m -jar Cerb4-ImpEx.jar cerb3.cfg

If you were in the middle of an export, be sure to clear out the output/ directory before restarting so you don't create duplicate tickets.
